Mr. Beast is the the most famous YouTuber and I’ve been watching all his interviews where he gives his secrets to success.
Here’s what I’ve learned.
& my 2 cents on how it applies to the local lead gen business.
1. Mr. Beast says to first make 100 videos before you even get worried about views
Repition is the mother of all skill. Luckily in local lead gen you don’t have to grind that much before you get paid but he does bring up a great point, main reason people fail is they quit before they take enough action to master a skill. Analysis by paralysis.
2. Mr. Beast regularly chats with other YouTubers so they can trade knowledge. He says that it all comes down to knowledge. If you know what he knew about YouTube, you would get millions of views.
This goes to show the power of getting mentors and surrounding yourself with other successful entrepreneurs, which is obviously why our group of 7200 students is one of the best assets you can have.
3. Mr. Beast obsesses on the one main thing which is to make better videos and always be open to learn how to make his videos better.
Simple but such a great tip for entrepreneurs. You want to identify the 1 thing that impacts your business more than anything else. Too many people get distracted with meaningless tasks. In local lead generation, you want to focus on building & rank sites where you have more leads than you know what to do with.
All of this will come when you put in the reps and you refuse to quit.
Winners win. Losers quit.
