How to speak more effectively in group setting

Humans never learn, even after countless individuals on their deathbed admit to regretting not being themselves. They regret not being themselves when they were alive and healthy. Being ‘yourself’ does not apply to group settings. It is only those that do not owe anyone an explanation that can afford to be themselves. Wealthy individuals tend to have this trait –going to work in pajamas and so on, speaking their mind, a luxury individuals in junior roles cannot dare do. It is very rare to find a less privileged individual showing their true nature in group settings.

The effective tips

Everyone would love to excel at effectively speaking in a group setting. It’s unfortunate some of us will require to go through the ’48 Laws of Power book before summoning a little courage to speak in a group setting. Below are some tips one needs to follow in order to effectively speak in a group setting:

  1. Carry out some form of rehearsal.
    Speak to a mirror or to yourself beforehand. This ensures that your brain has a reference point when you finally arrive in a group setting. Practice makes perfect and so just a monologue to your baffled pet. The awkwardness will eventually pay off and you may end up being given a leading role in the group setting.
  2. Become a mind reader.
